Agree with what u said. I booked 1 unit but last minute decide not to proceed. For 900 sf priced over 400k. Moreover leasehold. Probably will fetch rental but resale value will nit increase much as buying price from developer already so high!

I bought when the price increased 40,000. 900sqf ... 540,000... I believe that is best for invest.. Exiting ammenities and future public transport is so convi ... 2 or 3 station reach golden triangle ...some ore now is expending to kampung pandan roundabout... Just less then 10 minute drive. Food ... Grocery ... Travel ... Highway ... Is just surrounding. I can forecast in this coming 3 years... Price will be double. Regret that I bought only one ... Should bought the 1100 sf also ... Haih ... By the way , now 719 sqf is selling 490,000 ... Haha I grab a good deal ... Anywhere, is completing soon. Is time to harvest for those who wan to flip... Agent asking 500k for 719sqf Is IKEA really gonna be there? Anyone saw the master plan ? |

There's a few problems...but main one is the
water splash during rain in the corridor.. barrier parking for 2nd exit not up yet... Commercial lot only 4 open.. That's it la..d rest is ok.. Location is superb |
