Guys,
I am thinking of buying a house (apartment to be exact) which cost about RM150k. So, the questions, apart from deposit, S&P and lawyer fee, what else do I need to pay? how to calculate S&P and lawyer fee? it would be huge help if someone comes and explains the details from A-Z what should I pay in buying a house.  .TQ. |

Valuation fees, bank legal fee..basically, nothing much, unless you wanna renovate the house.
