Tick EIST if its not ticked.. 7. Turn it on... 8. Then untick EIST 9. Your CPU should run at highest multiplier all the time... e.g. P8700 will run at 2.66GHz... To revert, just tick back EIST, untick set multiplier, turn it off and go back to BIOS and enable Intel SpeedStep... If want to compare boot time, to make sure it run properly, right click the boottimer.exe and open properties, choose unblock.... http://www.planetsoft.org/utils/BootTimer.exe hav to do this everytime we log in?
