better be safe than sorry, might catch fire you never know LOL (there was once a Dell battery which was recalled due to being fire hazard! this is rather less documented..) .. fyi, i WAS a Dell user, got screwed by customer service, never touching it again.. but oh well, different people got different experience with them..

u see, at the age of 3 days, my baby adapter suddenly not working (no light and so all) I suspect that my switch plug at my office faulty one, so I call dell and they asked me to diagnose.. they told me, dell will replaced me with a new one and I receive those item before 4pm the next day p/s sorry bad english
