You can just forget all of it unless you're willing to spend the extra bucks on this equipment that doesn't even work in making you slimmer. One of my cousin purchased the OSIM Slimming belt. After months of usage, still no difference in his tummy. Save those money and start hitting the gym.

Haven't used the above brands, only have experience with Sweet Sweat. Many people have misunderstandings about waist trimmers and think that wearing a waist trimmer can make them thin without exercise. This is impossible. What I still have to do is exercise. Not only does it accelerate the reduction of excess water, but the trimmer forces you to tighten your abdomen during exercise. I love it so far and plan to continue using it, especially during morning exercise to flatten my belly during the day.

Slimming belt doesn't work. Walking or running works way better. Safe the money for some healthy meals.

True. Those slimming pills also not very encouraging. Better spend the money in the gym and lifting weight and running on the treadmill will do. But of course, it's very tiring and easily gets discouraged if the mental strength is not strong enough.

Helps strengthen your core a bit I suppose? But it's just a supplement to your lifestyle
