what headphones does the rockers use during their jamming sessions? I want to get a headphone to plug in to my amp so whenever i play guitar i won't bother my neighbors. But i need a decent one though.

ok i search around and haven't found this one. What headphone is most durable for a clumsy user like my girlfriend?
She has bought so many already and mostly rosak coz of frequent baling on the table or dropped, accidentally pulled the cable, and once headband patah coz overstretch.
