1. buy low end casing (elite 430 or USP 100) for new low end rig

or

2. buy 690 II advance and swap my current rig's 690 casing

which would you choose? 

and still i'm not sure whether to upgrade d PSU to modular, cuz if i change my casing to 690 II adv, cable management is not a big deal even for non modular psu. 

kebal, ur post of tat nice looking 690 II poisoned me further on taking option 2 from my post 

the case design also not bad.
