QUOTE(Clem1982 @ Jul 9 2012, 10:51 AM) it only has an intake & exhaust right?? so not possible to add more unless ur modding it... but you may always replace the fans with better ones should you wish to do so That's what I thought.. QUOTE(rc2x @ Jul 9 2012, 07:44 PM) I suggest you do some cable management to improve the airflow. Slot in the front IO wires into the back panel. Case is kinda small, i don't think you need to sleeve cable, just tie it in and hide most wires as much as you can. I feel like sleeving to give it a better look. Now regret, I was so engrossed in the performance spec I simply choose a small case :/The front panel wires i've tried to put them behind and pull em up from the lowest hole, not long enough, later i'll try with the right hole(covered by wires cant see).. But even like this I have a hard time fitting the right side cover back on... And SATA cables how do you guys manage? Mine's long and firm, hard to bend, even if bend dunno where to bend it |

QUOTE(-kytz- @ Jul 10 2012, 02:21 AM) That's usually how you see most people's casings are super clean have to try it out then.. Don't have to remove mobo to to so right? But beware loh, the space is kinda narrow. Had a lot of trouble trying to position them properly so that I can put back the side panel properly My next aim- HAF 912 Advanced BTW CCFLs, do they emit alot of heat? |

QUOTE(Clem1982 @ Jul 10 2012, 08:51 AM) Err... I'd suggest that you do remove the mobo first and then tuck them wires.... the Audio cables are not that thin... use low-tack tape to place them in position then place your mobo back on.. Then I think I'll pass for putting wires behind mobo, very lazy to remove mobo and put it back in lol.. CCFL emits little if any heat at all.... hence the name... "Cold Cathode Fluorescent Light" Okay I was just double checking on the CCFL |

QUOTE(CyntrixTech @ Jul 11 2012, 12:38 AM) Cable management on anything above a typical RM 1xx CM casing is not going to be an issue. However, that's not real cable management on the Sniper. That's black stationary board covering the cables What material is that board ? Normally I see people use acrylic for theose purposes... |

QUOTE(rc2x @ Jul 14 2012, 01:45 PM) You can DIY, but the result depends whether you will done it right. Use those normal spray can, need to apply a few layers tho. exposed pins of the motherboard? that's pretty hard when you tuck the cables behind it ><Don't bend the cables too hard. Use zip tie if possible. Just to be safe don't let any exposed pins touch any parts. Added on July 14, 2012, 2:28 pmJust now lunch suddenly thought "what if i paint it white?" Got into photoshop and edited it's promo photo and this came out.. lol ![]() This post has been edited by BenSow: Jul 14 2012, 02:28 PM |

QUOTE(rc2x @ Jul 14 2012, 02:39 PM) Nah don't worry much, as long as you put everything neatly and arrange those cables, its all good. After put up everything, try touch if there's any power leak. If got rearrange the cables. Touch where? The wires are insulated so I believe should be no problem but takut the pins will melt the insulation..White color case looks pretty cool, but if got a lot of dust......sure every week need to clean it. Yeah my computer room quite alot of dust... would be a problem.. |
