arctic F12... i just installed 3 on my rig..bought from clawhammer last week.

Yup , recommend go for Arctic Cooling F12.

you could buy cm turbinemaster, should be good albeit a bit on the expensive side compare to f12. I've used 2 of them for top exhaust on my cm690II & they do suck a lot of air.

F12 PWM is much better/quieter. At RM30 it is hard to beat. Another contender is the CM Blade master which also has very high static pressure but it's a little noisier
