Yea hate it that you can't match to gamers without DLC content. You can do that in UC2 but not in MW2.
Its like being forced to get the DLC.

I think the file size is around 100MB for each.

As for region lock, it works for R3 Korean version.
Seems to not work with the Singapore R3 version.
It should work for R2 too I think.

I have the Korean R3 version. It is working fine for me.
Been playing Resurgence maps only for the pass few weeks.

Mine never write on the back what region le how to know?

look on side ...try to find a earth logo and what digit it writen there...
