QUOTE(porsche1985 @ Jul 20 2010, 02:17 AM) @ lenewin: thx mate autoart is getting ridiculous at pricing the mclaren f1 Yala. Even the McLaren F1 got so many opening, front and back hood, side luggage door, but the price kinda unreasonable to be this high, more than double of the other models. They could have purposely jacked up the price though thinking everyone will want it.

QUOTE(porsche1985 @ Jul 27 2010, 04:10 PM) i believe it was aa's design fault in this....mine has two slots for the supporting struts too Yup. Can see two slots in the pics too but the strut is not there. Even the Balboni too. Got slots but no strut. http://www.autoartmodels.com/web/product/e...5F2A47237F1A534Then the Superleggera pulak no strut at all. http://www.autoartmodels.com/web/product/e...5F2A47237F1A534This post has been edited by edwardc: Jul 27 2010, 04:14 PM

I think AA wanna save cost lo, rather than producing a new hood without the extra slot, they used back the one with 2 slots.
But the real normal Gallardo got 2 slots lo, just checked the pic I took at Sepang 2 days ago.
