I am planning to buy a landed property, and I am wondering whether I can use bank loan to cover for the house deposit as well.
The house deposit is 10% of the house price, by the way.

Or do I have to fork out cash for the deposit, and pay the remaining using bank loan ?

Banks wont lend you money for the down payment.

Suggest you pay from your own funds. Or borrow from relatives first, then after stamping the S&P you can withdraw your EPF money to pay them back.
