dyno was run starting at 6000 rpm due we dont want to get too much data on before 6000 rpm.. it can be done but the graphic and hp, torque the time log would be so long and wont fit one screen.. not because it sucks.. just buy the kit and try it urself hehehe..

QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Jun 29 2010, 10:38 PM)
straight sure R6 accel faster la, superbike mah, but cornering that time makan R6 like shit.
I remember that time raining, Ahpek, me and another friend sits in his car (4 person). 1 Satria GTI modified challenge him (with 2 person inside), my friend still win, LOL.

Street racing focus a lot of mid-low to mid-high rpm, top rpm is less important. Its not like drag or race tuning, where the racer can always use high and redline rpm. Why??? bcoz on street we always gotta brake and accel due to traffic or corners. Tat's why u see my bike top speed ok ok only, but pickup is really good (and I m going to make it better soon  flex.gif )
*
R6 accel not good..
life with superbike or supersport starts at 6000rpm..
and cornering, its depends on the rider itself..
if u want crazy accel, got fight naked bikes..

just now i was hanging out with my friend with 2010 ZX6R. he was lapping from floating mosque (tg bgh)  to flamingo hotel (he was also carrying a light passenger) and surprisingly i can still chase him, of cuz i didnt have the power to go on par. me and him was surprise by the result but i know he didnt 'extremely lap' but he just 'normal lap' only (i dont think he got pull full throttle) but at my side i lap very extreme la hahaha full throttle all the way

den after that i tested out his bike and all i can say is DAMMMMNNNNNNN STIMMMMMMMM!!!!!! drool.gif . his first gear throttle very very very little maybe just 2-5% is = if i throttle 50% on my modded bike. bad thing is his bike is very unconfortable for long distance cuz of the ride position . damn pain leh hahaha
*
thats a normal 600cc supersport..
have try the zx-10r or 2001 Track ready yamaha R1 yet?
i know i have..
for fun and torque comes together in 1100cc naked bikes..
urgh..i miss mine..

but at KTM I see tiok R1  brows.gif  with FIAT airbrush
*

Haha.. because spayz say ZX6R ma.. then I ma say 600cc bike lo.. haha.. but GSX750R not bad too xD somemore can reach 300km/h

Hayabusa already near 400km/h hohoho.. and is world fastest bike leh...  brows.gif
*
the world fastest bike...on the straight road only..

hayabusa top speed is still below 350kmh..
the 1 that u see is the moded 1..
modification limit is endless..
strap an heli engine(the 1 in y2k motocycle) to honda C70 and u will have the most fastest c70 ever(without asking the safety and can the body handle it)
but top speed 350kmh is just for show..real question is how many seconds u take to reach the desire-able speed? from 0 to 100kmh from 0 to 300kmh..

hurm..i rather stuck up with BMW s1000rr,Duc 1198r or a suzy GSX 1000r..at least it is better in handling

But BMW's bike no need buy already la.. straight go car if really want... lol..
Ducatti's sound kinda noisy..(heard from people)
then about suzuki I like the most(sportbike only) xD
but really.. most people will like to see from  0~100km/h is take how long time..
I think will fly straight if really use that Y2K's engine into c70... =.="
*
sorry,have to say this..
from those 2 first phrase show that u have no appreciation for bikes..hell i think u would go for turbo cars or vtak if u have the money..
duc with the dry clutch and deep-throat termi..
suzy is good track bikes..kawa for the budget track bikes..yamaha with the attitude it brings..honda and their smoothness..and april RSV4 as the new leader in SBK..
each have their own specialty..unrivaled by others..

If i'm not wrong lar.. the BMW bike.. just 1 bike's price can buy car like.. civic Type R , Mazda RX-8 , Mitsubishi Lancer , Subaru Impreza like that... =.= kinda pricy leh.. the BMW bike.. hmm.gif
but for others just take R1 to say la just 9xk like that..
but for BMW bike.. 1 bike can buy 2 or 3 normal car already liao lo...

& I likes the bikes.. but most of those sportbike har.. I can't ride.. because I'm too short...  cry.gif
*
not that pricy IMO..just a bit higher price..well..it is the brand after all..for 70K u can get F800GS..a new unit..u get BMW brakes and BMW handling..superior than others..S1000RR cost 106K on the road..u get race ABS,traction control, super power engine(19X HP)and Akrapovic slip on exhaust..just 15K extra and u get something better than yamaha R1..

QUOTE(Aaron135LC @ Jul 17 2010, 04:50 PM)
relax brother! lol..  biggrin.gif

we're still young to even be given a chance to enjoy those bikes... superbikes are costly in terms of price and maintanence...

therefore.. not many ppl buy superbikes before they even manage to own a house and a car..

my mum told me.. all riders riding superbikes take it as their hobby....

but on the other hand.. they are already successful when they already bought one..

so for us little boys..  we are not suppose to give opinion on how the bike performs and etc.. heck.. we dun even own one.. heheh..

so perhaps.. u owned one.. but we don't.. so forgive us if we dont know a clue about superbike...

mayb in future.. if i've already achieve my goals... i'll go forward for a superbike...

i'm a superbike freak too u know... just that i dunno wat model to wat model and how many torque it has or how's the handling...

cause i don't own one..nor my friends or relatives... unlucky for me...if only some1 with sbk..hmmm... hehehehe...  thumbup.gif
*
i'm totaly relaxed..just i love to stress on my point..
there are hundred of choices if u wanna go for a bigger bikes..
singapore registered cost lower..but there is a downside for it..but a lot of people opt for that..at 24K u can get 2006 yamaha R1..9K u can get Honda CB400..18k can get 2002 Yamaha R1..
malaysia version u can opt for older 2nd hand..1998 cbr600 cost 35k..1992 kawa zx7 cost 23K

i also down own a litre bikes..but i have passion and i spend my time reading and gathering facts for it..also reading online review and if i get the chance,i talk to user themselves..so..chill..learning is better than doing nothing, even if i cannot own 1..
bike and me not just hobby..but it is my life..i make it part of my work..

lets carry on with this thread topic shall we..

btw,any1 have try modenas GT128 carb? it has TPS and its 24mm..

QUOTE(Hiruka @ Jul 22 2010, 10:32 AM)
Guys can i wash the chain with brush and applied some soap on it? Sure the oil/lubricant will washed out right? Then just put Chain lube/spray? Any recommended brand/type? Gonna find one..

Apply EO such a messy for a whole rear tyre..1st ride gonna splash all the dirt like hell..i think will ask the foreman not to applied any EO when they service my bike doh.gif sweat.gif
*
normal chain oil can..but chain oil with special additive(like teflon) will not wash out..only kerosene, chain cleaner can clean it..avoid petrol since it will damaged ur o-ring/x-ring/z-ring chain..

QUOTE(Hiruka @ Jul 22 2010, 11:04 AM)
I know the logic, but the messy really annoying and those oil will still stand for a long time until the tyre spinning to splashed it out..huhu doh.gif

So bout my main query, is that OK if i wash the whole chain with Soap and brush? I need recommended Chain Lube as well that easy to get around..maybe i can reduce my rear oil dirt messy with this sweat.gif
*
normal bike can go for motul road..it is ok to go for than brand since u will not reach 180Kmh anyway..
about splashing at tyre..means u have put ur chain lube the wrong way...

QUOTE(Aaron135LC @ Jul 22 2010, 12:38 PM)
and about chain.. my chain also.. the lube all splashed to my rims.. hehe... only way is to let it splash puas2.. then go wash bike.. wash the rims.. i always do that.. but now my rim also splashed..

and i going to wash it later d.. use the wash clothes soap.. make sure that soap don enter ur brake.,. cause it will make ur brake sound.. my brake until now got sound d.. damn annoying.. LOL..

cant fix it even tho i keep braking.. FK nia.. LOL

Added on July 22, 2010, 12:45 pm
fcci is wat.. mind to explain.. i din heard before the brand..but i got google search.. its imported from thailand specifically for drag bike..?
*
if it stop splash to the rims means there only a little left chain lube on ur chain which i usually ask.is there enough?

FCCi is from thailand that specially for drag bikes..i'm trying for durability..so far i try clutch plate..quite good..
later i show how i apply chain lube..the correct way..

the suzy is totally ruined..i feel sorry for the bike..

QUOTE(Aaron135LC @ Jul 25 2010, 01:08 AM)
yea.. LOL!

and spayz told me that he ride before hayabusa.. he said freaking heavy.. thats why i show to him this video.. LOL.. but this is heavy also.. just by the looks of the rear swing arm.. LOL..
*
gixxer 750 with 300?it is not that heavy..just big size tyre..good on straight..but bad at cornering..cannot do lefero anymore..
haiya-manyak-busa is heavy due to the chasis and engine..but it still use 190 tyre..so it can do a knee sliding corner..given the rider have the guts and skill(note..suzy superbikes dont have engine braking..but it have its own special feature)

and we have the idiotic youngsters who try to impress others in the wrong way
fat tires is for choppers only..for sports, better upgrade the exhaust..

it is like u put offroad tires into nissan skyline..totally ruined the concept and purpose..get the idea?
people will look coz they have see how u dare wasting money doing something useless and crazy..

if u want to play over 240 tyres better get a chopper instead..
the correct way to play big size tires..
