good news, did you get the jets? How much ah?
You found a shop in Ipoh, right? Share to the members here on your experience, can?

I found the shop but I havent buy yet. They said they would sell. Its in kampar old town; since there is a shop in kampar, then I dont need to travel 44 km+ to ipoh to get the jets.

Need 2 days of time to do my carb, so plan to do it next week. Need to take off body kit le, so mafan.

Oh ya, I'm driving yamaha ego, old ego, not ego-s, but the keihin carb settings is very similar to LC carb.

Just notice your siggy, MJ 105 and PJ 20? Ahak, i'm going for MJ 110+, PJ 38+

2 days? why ah?
PJ 38??? why ah? too much petrol your plug will foul, and yet not much power increase one werr...
what kind of Mata is this lah...
hmm, sunday I'm ok also... usually Sat ppl got working half day, or wanna do some business while shops open.

First need to borrow another friend's ride as mine will be unavailable; then need to do testing, lots of testing.

I have no idea why the PJ needed for this bike is so big. Small PJ <36 really cause the engine to stall during low rpm even if the PJ screw is opened to max (CCW >10 rounds). Even with such large jets, spark plug is ok, and petrol consumption is also ok. 3 liters ~100km.

4) 28mm Keihin carburetor (PJ size 40, MJ size 120)
The PJ 40 comes standard with the carb? Or have to buy separately?

Added on July 27, 2010, 8:36 pmIf can buy separately, please help me get one... smile.gif

can, but very expensive. about RM20 per piece if i recalled correctly.

I think the price is still acceptable; if it can make my bike can run without choking on air. Can help me obtain the latest price? smile.gif

Change rim which supports two disc brakes. Should be very rare and expensive for underbone.

Why would u need two disc brakes for? Such strong stopping power will cause your front wheel to lock with little force and make u crash and burn
