QUOTE(Aaron135LC @ Aug 15 2010, 11:15 PM) hahah... then why ur dad wanna take 10k loan in the 1st place..? LOL.. good luck bro.. hehe.. =) tmr going NBH asking the price sin with more engine detail to par with an stock lc.my taman also.. recently.. got 1 bunch of workers.. from KL wan.. they live together in the same hse.. at 1st only got kawa 150cc motorcross... now got 1 er6f already.. and its white in colour.. wah... so pretty... hehe er6f oo superbike look right. but if play corner really hard coz need do like track eh style. bend ur knees till hentam the ground. this is C&g posted at v4 post #100 my suggestion: 1. 54mm piston and block set. >>on the way 2. 24mm uma racing carburetor >>on the way 3. custom EX5 cam >>on the way 4. custom exhaust manifold (Done) 5. 14-35 sprocket size 415. (consider on next time changing) 6. NGK G-power spark plug (Done) 7. Racing ignition coil >>on the way 8. Spark plug booster (stromberg) (Done) no need to change CDI, original is good enough. you can change item 6, 7 and 8 first. next up will be custom EX5 camshaft and manifold. Item 1 and 2 need to change in one shot to get good matching. change one by one very weird one the feeling. These mods are good for mid range torque (which is important for hill climb), top end power (for drag use) i put it aside. This post has been edited by 8zelk8: Aug 15 2010, 11:30 PM |

QUOTE(Aaron135LC @ Aug 15 2010, 11:50 PM) i wonder.. if my this fren's shop in bukit mertajam.. the BM POWER shop still got open until now.... i can guarantee u... u'll be satisfied.. i think the performance on their ex5 is much much more 'monster' than apek wan bike 2 to 3 times.. this is no joke.. he can go on par with my fren's rgv.. in terms of accel and mid range power..it totally kills my fren's rgv.. even tho his rgv mod at that same shop.. he pull throttle.. his bike can willy already.. in 1st gear lo.. his sprocket size is around 30 or smaller if i not wrong.. also got givi box behind.. the ex5 i mean.. tht's mean they play with lots of tuning. so whos tank the refill the most out of it.it kills my lc already...the last time we went together to '9 gods' wan last day of sending.. to the end of batu kawan.. that night.. in just around 3 hrs.. i've spent completely my fuel tank oil.. just to catch up with their ex5 and also ex5 class.. my bike is the worse there.. my fren's rgv manage to catch up.. my bike got sucked up.. means ur cdi really kill ur bike. no mod = less power. QUOTE(Aaron135LC @ Aug 16 2010, 12:01 AM) their tank okay la.. that night.. he din refuel also.. i'm serious lo.. my fren's rgv got refuel.. but that ex5 no refuel... zzz... that night really pull throttle all the way.. i even lost them.. then after that.. i realised.. its really at the end of batu kawan.. then i and my fren go there ourselves.. and met with them there already.. zz.. tht's mean their tuning is 4 more power yet safe fc. that night.. that ex5 class is with 2 riders.. and i cant catch up with that bike!!!! he drop a gear.. and he pulls away from me already...lol.. that night really most scary for me.. cause ride at night with full throttle.. and it was last night for 9 gods ceremony.. u know how many cars la.. summor the 9gods in BM wan is the most famous in mainland..walao.. haha hoho means tht BM power really rocks in tuning bike. |

QUOTE(Aaron135LC @ Aug 16 2010, 12:10 AM) yes.. that is for sure.. hoho tht's mean the pro go somewhere liao rightthe only thing u can see from outside is.. smaller sprocket.. bicycle tyres.. givi box.. and exhaust potong.. his exhaust is like wat BH is doing for lc.. look stock.. but inside bigger diameter... their engine modification for 2t bike i not sure la.. but their modifications on exhaust is superb... i bought my bike time.. go there visit them.. the 1st thing he told me.. is.. ur bike is okay.. but 1 thing u must do is ur exhaust.. u wan me custom ur exhaust or not...? i'll be using ur ori exhaust to mod.. that time of course i sayang bike and no money.. i declined his offer... LMAO!!! wat a bad chance.. now the shop already tutup.. sigh! if the pro still doing mod 4 pipe, u can go 4 it. |

QUOTE(gabriel han @ Aug 16 2010, 12:38 AM) hi everyone there. i'm looking forward to get a new bike. so, i got 2 bikes in mind. lc135 or lagenda 115z. which 1 better ? lc how ? got any problems with the bike so far ? thanks. 4 ur info, lc is much more power than lagenda due to its bike cc. lc=135cc lagenda=115cc. so far if not mod or anything. if example ; like didn't take care or maintaince it well, the bike can worn out fast.this the comment by Charge & go The engine dimension looks like a downgraded 135LC (see the stroke size). This is an undersquare engine, low to mid range is good, but high rpm power sux. I still prefer the old 110cc, at least the engine dimension allows it to rev higher. The gear box is exactly the same as 135LC (check the gear ratio), only the final sprocket size is different. Lagenda is using 15-43, while LC using 15-39. and check this: New Maximum Power 6.0 kW/7500r/min Maximum Torque 8.3 N.m/5500 r/min Old Maximum Power = 6.6 kW @ 8000 rpm Maximum Torque = 9.0 N.m @ 5000 rpm Seriously, I and New lagenda SUX I've tried undersquare, square and oversquare engine before. undersquare is good for rider who revs low. Power delivery from mid-high rpm onwards sux. Original 135LC is undersquare engine, and this new Lagenda is more undersquare. See those race cars and race bike engine, all of them are over-square. On the square square thingy. Undersquare means, bore diameter is smaller than stroke length. Square means, bore diameter is similar to stroke length. Oversquare means, bore diameter is bigger than stroke length. with the same engine size, undersquare engine has more torque than oversquare engine at lower rpm, but lacks power at mid to high rpm. See the Toyota, Honda or Nissan road car, the stroke is always longer and the bore (piston diameter) is always smaller. Even my kelisa also like this. It provides good torque at low rpm (hence save petrol). Race car needs horsepower, and hardly will run the race engine below 3krpm. That's why oversquare is better. Square? It's a balance of torque and horsepower. 135LC with 58.5mm piston or 60mm piston is a square engine configuration. I personally like square engine bcoz I can get good low to high rpm power, as long as the tuning is done correctly. This post has been edited by 8zelk8: Aug 16 2010, 12:47 AM |
