I was wondering also, with oil cooling tank, do you need to add extra EO?
And then, the oil cooler, if put so high above the engine level, got function meh? Maybe your theory correct lah...

But, if it were me, I'll put oil cooler low in front make sure EO go inside, but not too low until when change EO it will not come out lah...
But with this, I'll have to put in two bottle EO everytime change liao.

Tokico selling RM3.90 I think. Taukeh give me cheaper price, I bought 5 pieces.
If wanna change jet, need to open cover, open carb... after change, need to test ride few round loh. Not easy and quite time consuming also, if wanna do it my way. I'm not expert but know some stuff here and there nia. You belanja teh-peng I help you change lah...

Your engine was jetted during cool last time? I have that feeling often on my other bikes too.
Once run for long time, and the engine parts and EO all really warmed up liao, the engine will be 'tired' and less power one...
My guess is can jet the bike richer a bit, to cool the engine better and give more performance loh.

The AXO protectors come with knee and elbow mia ^^ RM69 nia and it looks cool~ Aaron I agree with u there are some power loss after the engine is hot, till now I still cant find out the roots... Maybe M'sia too hot d, hot air causes power loss maybe we should install a small air-cond at the intake there I noe how to take off all those plastic coverset but the carb part hahahahaha tak tau lansung especially the throttle cable there Dont say Teh Peng, McD pun ok cuz I dont feel like going Bee Hock nowadays...

He changed back the Ori CDI weeks ago lu mau try??? It stil at my place but I didnt use, it dont suit my taste U can tarik veli high... U try liao lu tok noe d la hahahahaha Now I wan to take off my airbox measure the diameter of the carb's mouth then go buy Mushroom to fit on it...

Dont noe nv try on 1st gen CDi maybe it was just rumors that it has no cut off, maybe their meter is even lighter than us so they can hit 170/180kmh on meter XD

my friend tell me.. 1st gen CDI got chop YAMAHA...

i dunno lo.. i only know my coverset already use drill to drill 5 holes.. LOL.. i don wan to drill any extra holes.. LOL..so i maintain same position.. haha

i think 1st gen meter jiak sai wan.. engine and cdi nia good.. LOL.. mayb the purpose of 1st gen cdi is not to give user to rev gila babi... but to provide better powerband.. but the user all already take the bike for granted..

Aiks.. I search at mudah.. a lot orange color's CDI.. some made in thai some made in indon... but I don't know it's fake or what..

Alex is right. Decrease your air-screw by 1/4 and try it again. My engine js start that time no power one, the more it runs, the better power it has. (slightly rich setting), so usually I'll turn the airscrew 1/4 more for short distance travelling.
