How much throttle do you open?

most likely 2 more weeks, but I need another week to re-break-in again with new piston.

guys, just wanted to ask, normal racing blocks get overheat faster right... so, is it possible to korek our own standard blok... will the performance be the same as a racing block, and i guess it wont heat up that fast right.....

About 1/8-1/4. If tarik harder, it'll rev up smooth. My suspect is PJ too rich.

racing block heat up faster is becoz tuning not ngam. normally if just make it richer (bigger PJ/MJ), use higher octane (RON97) can fix liao...
Std block 50mm korek until 57mm or bigger cannot dy lah... some more after korek, the diasil layer no more, wasting the value of std block.

if i 0-1000 chage engine oil once a week and break in more then 120++ will risk engine or not?that means new bike = after break in like tat drive~its will risk the engine?????

bro that means, if change to racing blok and change the MJ/PJ and do like u say, wont get overheat... i usually travel 70km per day...

besides.. his shop is one of the best in cushion remaking... my dad also recommend his shop.. i just only know after i told my dad bout it.. looks like he knew already...

than means~0-1000 i dunt care break in or not jus full throlle~but i chaged EO and OF every week before 1000 it will harmfull bikes or not?

full throttle can... but cannot maintain full throttle... must let go within 3 seconds if u full throttle... the syarat is.. play with the throttle... the bike needs time to reach its max rpm.. so full throttle is okay.. unless ur bike is a superbike.. of course no full throttle la.. cause its responsive... LOL..

oh yea.. don drag ur gear too long if u wanna full throttle... make sure if u hear the engine sound loud already.. change gear... u would not wanna break ur engine..

but if u drag it long and kept full throtle... ur bike rosak... ur problem already... sense the limit for the bike... keep changing EO also good cause ur rich.. LOL.. u can know in a week ur bike got break in enough or not.. haha...

i got a fren of mine during secondary skul.... rode his 125x full throttle non stop.. by 2 months.. his bike ade got engine problem.. stupid person wan... lol... should go read everything... do some research and 'homework' before buy a bike...

does it accurate of tht FZ stock meter.

haha, from the looks of it, it can overtake an RXZ, not bad at all... 180kmh on stock meter, minus 5% also about 170kmh liao...

Actually i planing to buy a new motor lo...planing to take Honda CBR150...but if really can settle tis problem den good la..coz now im loaning a new car..so dosent have much money left per month..

Yes. overheat should be the lesser problem.

Charge has shared most if not all his experience with racing block. If you plan to do that mod, I hope the bike is not your only transport... at least you should have a spare bike, in case the breaks down, ok?

if want pro foreman, would recommend u at penang island from NEw Bee Hock.

No warranty? HLY price high or not?
