Added on July 27, 2010, 11:57 pmi think u meant the NEW aprilia 125?. cuz the old one is street legal, and we all know that aprilia 2 strokes are really powerful not forgetting the RS250 (its my dream 2 stroke track bike) , BUT the maintainence of the bike is very expensive, cuz its a ITALIAN bike. parts are triple or more the price of our kapcai parts

It sums up few things:
1. DevilVanc is right.
2. It takes NSR 2nd gen or NSR SP to beat a TZM.

Additional sharing:
TZM only have 1 look throughout lifetime. Only some minor mods to engine.
NSR had 3 version, 1st one with rim lidi, NSR RR & NSR SP (Proarm). All NSR rear rims are 18inch, hard to find tire...
KIPS has ~5: KR150A - KR150C, the latest is KR150F, if not mistaken. Older KIPS rear rims 18inch also...



Mine also like that... that's the "topping out" of the fork... this means, the fork will extend all the way until reach max length, then hit the limit.
Ask your friend to confirm, it "tok" loud after the wheel cross the bump, and try to reach for the road, right?

HOTBIKE there got 1 old aprillia RS250.. 14k.. front 2 disc brake.. can imagine how fast it can run lol.. my friend tell me.. RS250 can fight 600cc sportbike

and for not racing kaki or unable to control eh people don't ride better.. because it can "fly".. my friend told me eh..

comparing a normal vs the race ready 2-stroke bikes, just look at the compression ratio.

Normal TZM/KIPS/NSR is ~6.5:1.
RS125 is 12.5:1, some more use Dellhorto 28mm carb... all racing parts.

RS125 is street legal because it is stock with 'restricted' CDI, making the bike have cutoff... can find ways to derestrict it one.

that's right... MotoGP is going to eliminate Class 2 - 250cc 2-stroke, and change it to 600cc 4-stroke.
for track days, ppl put Yamaha R6 and TZR250 together...

2-stroke with the powervalve thing (I showed some of you during TT) on the race ready bikes have a very sharp power curve, imagine like V-tech.

well, any big CC bikes also can lose control during downhill or wet roads when you open throttle too quickly...

If any of you notice, the bike racers have disfigured last two fingers one? It's because they only use the last two fingers to pull throttle, and the index and middle finger always on the brakes...

1.)sambil brake sambil pull throttle ?
2.)prepare for "emergency" brake ?

I guess emergency brake kut... actually, sambil brake sambil throttle is a way to control the bike.
Try this, ride in straight line at very slow... see how long you can go without goyang goyang... then try again, slightly depress rear brake, pull throttle, and go at the same speed... notice the difference? sometimes, I use this way to navigate big bikes through cars... and this is how traffic police do parade on bikes and riding so slow and steady.

The NSR SP is a GOD racing bike. The PV in Kips is similar like Honda RC system. Very incredible boost of power. There is actually one NSR SP near my hse hehe. The owner is an Indian and he just repainted the whole bike and hardly ride out.

U know the apr125cc though just 125cc displacement, the horsepower can kill any 250cc 4 stroke sport bike. But not on long journey of coz. So imagine what the Ap250 got inside that engine. But I read somewhere you need to change the piston every 10k for the Apr125/250..

Last time there is the APrilia House located at Mega FOrtune Pg area there but they already moved somewhere else. I saw several new model of Apr125. Damn chun.. And only a few actually owned this baby coz it cost like 30k++ over here.. Only die hard biker will get these 2 stroke Godly insane freaks Yup it cost more than even the new mito125 I believed. Oh ya Mito125 SP525 model is also available in Malaysia already price around 30k too. All street legal.

Hmm I tot that I'm the only one using just the last 2 fingers to control the throttle and the first 2 for the brake. Actually I do that coz always prepare for emergency..

eh alex.. ur rgv right.. the exhaust got makan away ar..? i mean the manifold part there.. cause ur bike quite old d right... my fren wan rgv.. his exhaust karat until thin d his exhaust.. and always patah at his manifold.. have to take go welding... he says once a month or 2 months.. patah.. now he garu head d.. taht time he go BH wan see if he can do only manifold not..but BH place cannot do..and apek said only way is to buy new exhaust.. a shop located near GAMA... dunno 8 something the shop name..
