guyz...im planin to get a Lc135 with clutch..but my friends told me that lc with clutch worse...and no power as without clutch...

LCES(clutch) = pickup

LCSS(no clutch) = top speed

now is just your choice only.. want pick up or top speed.. up to you.. ^^

60mm need to change camshaft and exhaust system, else pretty useless. Worse is the hot and foul exhaust gas stuck in engine block cannot extract out, engine easier to kong tongue.gif
so FZ engine is a cheaper upgrade, and more durable.. 60mm, need better care and maintenance..

i wan to mod.. but don wan open engine... my bike seemed useless during the last week's tt... even bizzy bike stock can overtook me in full throttle...walao...

need do some electrical stuff...and manifold... money2... zzz

hahaha, you can discuss the price with him, but I know engine installation need 1 day. I'm sure if you relax and do your job, sure u can do better. So js et BH relax relax do, then he will be very detail while installing your engine.

or mayb 2nd gen lc is faster than 3rd gen..?

or is it the problem with the cdi.. i only know cdi gives better powerband...

but in terms of power not much contribution right..?

Haizz..last friday survey most of the shop around my place (4-5 Shops)
Asking for some Tuning can be done on LC. But most of them refuse to setting it and simply said, "Apa u mau setting, LC suda ok maaa. U setting carb, buang itu ini pon tak guna maa, die suda cut-off itu api (CDI) maa.." and start recommending changing parts "U kena tukar racing CDI (most of the recommendations), Ekzos, Block.." Generally im asking bout "How to gain a decent perfomance by not doing hard mod like changing block, carb, Engine etc.." sweat.gif Here's the summarize question that i gave to them:

1. Remove air Filter (Can be done but 1 pomen said, he dun like totally remove the filter but doing resetting/cutting is enuff. He said normally if remove, gear 2/3 not so syok edi (lazy / slow² accelerate), Melayu said "Sebu-Sebu je" biggrin.gif)

2. Carb P.Jet and M.Jet setting (Most of the shop didnt know and give an answered like i bold in above :shy:)

3. Changing Spark Plug (Asking bout NGK Iridium..im not sure wether got write "Iridium" on the box onot but 1 pomen said NGK-R maybe laa we have..R mean Ridium Ridium he said..haha most of the shop dunno doh.gif)

4. Engine Oil (Have seen 1 or 2 Shop got Motul 3100/5100. So will try it later but they dunno other brand like Royal Purple & Selenia Lynx whistling.gif)

5. CDI (1 shop just said change to Racing 1 but dunno wat brand he got..sure not really expert in modifying thingy sweat.gif 1 shop show me BRT Dual Band = RM250, but i dunno its Ori or not) Mostly they're putting this as 1st replacement can be done to gain perfomance "u kena tukar ini brg, baru itu cut-off takde".. Looks like only more marketing purpose sweat.gif

Tired of asking and persuade, go back to my purchased shop. Their parts really expensive! checking and resetting always need RM3 fee..Haizz sweat.gif Finally got 1 malay pomen that willing to help personally coz he said normally "Kedai tak boleh buat..biasela tgk setting itu ini nanti pelik and so many question will come to him"..He said if got time bring my bike to his house and we'll discuss in more details. His recommendation, change the stock block for quicker gaining perfomance. For nice shifting, change to racing spring etc..And he said he can change and get nice tuning for custom Block and Exhaust around RM550 if i really interested..what u guys think bout all this? hmm.gif

Sorry for this write out but as u guys can see, i really need help coz i love this bike and want to learn more..Hate those "tak tau / tak boleh instead of buying and changing only in my Shop area..demet! sweat.gif

change cdi gives better powerband.. sometimes need to set a limit to the cdi also.. always hard revving in high rpm, ur block cannot tahan for long duration...then later explode.. LOL

stock of course not good la in terms of powerband.. but if i not wrong.. the ignition in stock cdi is superb comparing to aftermarket cdi.. =)

all have to give and take..

haha, slowly find a pomen tat can do the stuff i recommended u in PM. If they said cannot, I am sure they have no skill and no knowledge on 4-stroke engine.

If you dont believe, buy a book called "4-stroke performance tuning" by Abraham, I am just summarizing and share those knowledge with you.

Airflow is the most important, followed by fuel supply. CDI can change later.
