may i know can i use it as a modem by using bluetooth only? no need to hook up with usb

hey guys, i just bought myself HD2.
im using Maxis broandband 3G sim card, but i have one problem. i cant receive or call out from the phone. when i check settings > call barring, its stated block all incoming and outgoing calls. i tried to turn the options off but it asked from some code  What shud i do? Chow |

my HD2 become slower by days... wonder why is that?
want to open sms also very slow >.< SD card only used about 1gb. device free about 177mb whats wrong eh Chow |
