This is very very old version, one of the early release. Go and download the latest version 1.7 - you will be very happy. I am using it now. This rom has ZERO lag, very smooth scrolling - it performs just like any Android phone

Download the zip file, extract it - you will see a folder " Android". On the SD card - remove the Android folder and replace it with the new Android folder

In Windows mode, using file explorer, locate the Android folder, tap clrcad ( there will be no response ) and haret.exe. The phone will boot into Andrpid - take about 1 min +

Often ??? Once in a while ,maybe . " A while" meaning, probably 1-2 times a day. Well there are people complaining about this, " often" is rare.

These are related to Windows rom and possibly SD card quality and lastly having too many open programs. You can try those roms that offered 1 GB memory allocation instead of the 512MB if you like to have many apps being open same time. Some people had suggested using task killers, I for one NEVER use task killers. Those who exhort task killers think like Windows guys when according to Google official statement, Taskkiller is not necessary in Android. Though I do not use Task killers, I do believe it will help one to increase memory available immediately

how do I use A-GPS on this HD2? The current internal GPS not good enough inside car with v-Kool

1. does Palringo work with wi-fi? looks like its new.
2. tried downloading Nimbuzz, but it says that it would only work on WAP.
3. Beejive has no new version, so i'm thinking of trying Palringo. any advice?

my hd2 stucked at the white screen with htc logo after running FlashaholicRUU_v1_1.zip , before this i ady did a hspl. how to solve this problem?

have you install CHT on your HD2? if yes, have you enabling the CHT lock screen feature?? becuase with default locking password is ON you must NOT enable the CHT Lock screen or it will lock you out permanately.  and there is no way restoring your phone unless doing factory reset. so, you should always keep your file on your storage card not main memory.

Sorry to hear what happened. But if you want to keep important files on the device please make backups. For me I keep important files on the sd card. The only important info on my device are my contacts and messages which I do backups from time to time.

learn from mistake. you should try PIMBackup it will auto schedule backing up all your contact/sms/call log you wont be worrying bout loosing your sms..etc.
