You can still use your old TV but you only get non-HD picture.

astro byond has component and composite video out, which can be connected to SDTV and do not need HDTV to operate
ps3 has av multi out port, which can be hooked up to SDTV as well |

Whats the point using HD input channel and TV doesn't support... Dude go get a TV
Get a HD Ready will do... and it cost like RM1,300+- |
