i give 3 days full refund if item found faulty. and i already stated im not resposible for any outcome of postage.
Few days later.....
The item reach to his place. But the front panel of casing is broken due to bad handing ( i use kangaroo). The guy test the mobo and said it is faulty, cant detect his system, hang on bios etc. I ask him try on few solution but he did not reply. Few hour later, he reply me to refund him RM20, coz he had to hand the mobo to shop for service.
I was like WTF.
I ask the guy, what the shop say. He say the shop reset bios, change cmos battery and install windows + maintenance. That was pretty easy, he could done it himselves or i can even guide him during the process if he donno how to do it. In conclusion, i feel my selves being cheated and dumb.
What will you do if you are in my position?
