hi all,

the contractor who is getting this done for u, or the architect who drew the plans, should be able to advise you accordingly on MBSA regulations

those are sliding doors on the left or folding doors?
if folding doors (alloy powder coat ) it about rm 80 per sf. Its damn expensive. 10 feet x 10 feet is rm 8k already. you do the math. |

If it doesn't involve much structural works, there shouldn't be a need to.
Only probability is that they might have certain ruling on your front facade to be almost uniform throughout your residential area. But that's highly unlikely, more of a Developer's ruling. No harm checking with your local authority yourself. |
