If you looking for old series Candy Toy Cyclone Joker it is very hard to get even in eBay. But eBay now got gashapon memory volume 6 Cyclone and Joker.
Otherwise you gona find some middle man to order from Yahoo Auction Japan, where there is a guaranty hit but also have to depend how much you can pay.

I am one of the Kamen Rider cosplayer and yes I do attend there. Basically we just go there, change immediate on the spot, and we wear our costume most of the time till event end, walk around, while let people recognise our character and photoshoot us.
