Hey bro, I was really surprised by the PosLaju guy that I know send the long awaited item this noon.

I will let you know the 5 simple steps, to make your pic(s) smaller.

o Open MSPaint / Paint (that you know it is available in all PC (not sure on MAC though =P), at the Accessories folder)

o CTRL + O (OR click "File > Open") and browse the wanted pic OR just drag the pic onto the Paint.

o Hit the CTRL + W (OR click "Image > Stretch/Skew")

o On the "Stretch", now put the horizontal and vertical between (eg: 25-50%) if your image(s) are over 3000 pixels. Click the OK button OR push the ENTER key.

o If you're satisfied with the new size, Save the pic ("File > Save" @ CTRL + S). Save it as JPG or PNG.

You also can stretch your smaller pics to a bigger one using this steps too. Just stretch the pic for over 100-500% but the pic may will become more blurry or pixelate though.


EDIT

If you using Imagehsack, click "Upload Options / Resizing >>" and an extra options will drop down. Click below "Image resize: (?)", and choose "640x480 (for message boards)" > the most suitable size for the forum. Finally hit Upload Now. Doing this, the Imageshack will resize your pic(s) for you.
