I'm agree with you...If you focus on one Rider... First buy the main item (henshin device) and then the rest the weapon or the upgrade item...usually that is for the main Rider... too many accessories...
But buying secondary Rider item safe more money (example like Diend, his weapon is also his henshin device)...
But sometime less fun...
Just like Accel_helper said buy things that make you feel worth for your usage...
