Collect the medal Set 04 first la bro = PuToTira Combo Medals. Then go for the weapon.

Panda Medal was already out in March Edition's Terebi Magazine. It's a Gashapon Medal and it doesn't do any combos as of that time when I have it. But, I didn't get this rumour and instead got rumours about a final weapon thingy for Birth that he uses in ReBirth form.
