dun worry bro, just sit back and wait for the registration day. That's the day where they will ask u whether u need an accommodation or not. When the day comes, u will need to prepare ur registration fees along with ur accommodation fees(either 1 month or the whole sem)..... anyway, welcome to uniten and hope u will enjoy ur life here^^

Added on August 6, 2011, 12:10 pmas has been said by all the seniors above, no, u are not allowed to skip the orientation unless u have a solid reasons. However, i've seen some of the students during my intake do have skipped their orientation day, not sure for u guys intake. For safety, try not to skip the orientation day because u might be able to meet more of the seniors and try to get more knowledge from them about the uniten's life.

Added on August 6, 2011, 12:18 pmhahaha.... thats right bro, however, if anyone out there with good results and are not planning to work under government, u may try to apply for convertible loan from ytn..... once u graduated with a good results and still plan to work overseas just remain it as loan if not then u just convert it into scholarship but u will need to bound under an agreement to work under them for some specific years depending on ur results. correct me if i'm wrong and hope this will help u^^

thx bro, so if we wanted to calculate the gpa the A and A- is x4 right or less?? how about for the rest of the grade?? the website i get from another senior doesn't really explain what i wanted to know.... As what i wanted to know is whether B+ stands for credit hours x 3.33 or just 3? then how about for B- and B? thx^^

for Foundation students, they are not eligible to add/drop their subjects, every subject that u will take for ur 1-3rd sem are all planned by the uniten itself. So, for ur 1st Sem it will be something like Computing, Calculus, Psychology, and English. Plus, they will provide u a booklet that contains all the details needed to know by the students for their course' subjects when u attend for the orientation's week. Welcome to Uniten dude. no dude, u won't be late for the application on ptptn loan. So, lay back and relax while waiting for the orientation day to begin. Once u attended for the 3rd-4th day of orientation though, i'm pretty sure the staff will brieftly explain and inform u on what u should do for ur application form.
