But as I been told, if computer or IT subjects... MMU is better than Uniten. Uniten tends better on engineering subject.

But MMU is fees is quite high than Uniten... As I recalled.

Yup, this really pain on the butt. Right now, our average use for 1 day is about ±RM4 I think.

Yup. I know about the rate. Its 40cents per KWH FYI. It showed on the meter. N I realized that the meter is running fast. But this is kinda OK to me right now because my friend at another house just reached below RM20 this week. So mine's better. Btw, I'm running a PC.

Edit: Mine is still above RM20. Then, my friend mentioned before is using laptop.

Also, I agreed on what u say. Why does we being charged on Industrial rate at the first place? Lol this in residential area, what they expect students use factory devices in each house?

Srsly, 40cent? Industrial rate on residential area? What shocking me is that the meter just support Single-Phase system. Not a Triple-phase. Usually the triples will get industrial rates. Oh what?

there are some ppl who having problems on getting loan from ptptn. my friend is one of them.

Pls read carefully on their manual on how to fill in the loan proposal form

1) PTPTN is soo soo strict with its agreement n stuff. Need to clarify documents and your results. You do it wrongly, your proposal will rejected. What ever they say to do Certified-True-Copy or CTC or what so ever, just do it. If not, ur facing big problem here. Srsly

CTC = Where you go for higher ups people like your principal to get its name and its position as principal to "STAMP" and "SIGN" it at your documents as a clarification. (For someone wondering what is it)

2)I don't know if this will effect someone, but one of my friend got D in Add Math and he failed to get loan from PTPTN. PTPTN officer said that their requirements for applying is at least C in Add Math. But what can we remember that there is no such requirement on applying the PTPTN loan.

I cant remember much about the story because i got no issue on this but at the end, my friend failed to get the loan.

Oh yeah, some students who also not taking Add Math subject like those who taking "Art Streams" were also rejected directly. Uh don't ask me why. That what I heard before.

After that prob arise, UNITEN settle down with PTPTN, their application were approved. But they got the loan on 2nd Semester. Which means its application on PTPTN loan were delayed. But Uniten allow who having this problem to pay the 1st Semester fees after getting the loan.

about this, what IPTA did you mention of? did the UPU result came out alredy? In my thoughts, UNITEN have both pros n cons.
the pros is they hav great lecturer here. (if ur lucky to get one). the certificate is well known internationally. (blame me if this is not correct)
the cons? Uniten is likely kinda vacuum cleaner that sucks out your money. nid to pay here n there.

@demolationz: yep, in fact, the management is the worst. hate those who are in the admin building except girls n akak at finance department.
