Hi all, I wish to know the details for hostel too..and can I skip the camp on 12th?Lolx...

Uniten's orientation is compulsory to all. *sigh I wish I could skip. The last orientation I've been through almost kill me. Literally. Haha.

absolutely agree with this. It's just one week and they are not gonna bother you for 4 years. Personally, i met when i went i made friends with seniors and these seniors usually can answer all your questions regarding the uni. so its quite useful

Haha..because it would be 4 days long..wondering what we shall do inside..
I'm still waiting for someone to answer "the accommodation" question..lolx..

better pack up some extra rokok for those who smoke. trust me. i was dying back then ;p

dun worry bro, just sit back and wait for the registration day. That's the day where they will ask u whether u need an accommodation or not. When the day comes, u will need to prepare ur registration fees along with ur accommodation fees(either 1 month or the whole sem)..... anyway, welcome to uniten and hope u will enjoy ur life here^^

Added on August 6, 2011, 12:10 pmas has been said by all the seniors above, no, u are not allowed to skip the orientation unless u have a solid reasons. However, i've seen some of the students during my intake do have skipped their orientation day, not sure for u guys intake. For safety, try not to skip the orientation day because u might be able to meet more of the seniors and try to get more knowledge from them about the uniten's life.

Added on August 6, 2011, 12:18 pmhahaha.... thats right bro, however, if anyone out there with good results and are not planning to work under government, u may try to apply for convertible loan from ytn..... once u graduated with a good results and still plan to work overseas just remain it as loan if not then u just convert it into scholarship but u will need to bound under an agreement to work under them for some specific years depending on ur results. correct me if i'm wrong and hope this will help u^^

chill chill bro, which course are u taking? shall blame the staff for not planning our schedule properly.... i saw some of my friend's time-table almost dun have any break for them to have their lunch or breakfast at all... were u the same as well?
