Vivaz touch screen problem

dont know why suddenly got this problem ,,
i cant use the touch screen meaning i cant use the phone at all , cant unlock the phone , only can answer calls the phone is functioning well , but only the touch screen... i tried UPDATE THE FIRMWARE - FAILED REMOVE AND REINSERT BATTERY - FAILED FULLY CHARGE PHONE - FAILED |

means your screen hardware problem. u have to get it repaired. and do use the windows mobile forum section next time. u can try to contact SIS to get it repaired
