yes the type 59
the t 30 is american premium heavy tank right?
how it fair against the premium tank lowe

sry i mean the T34 heavy tank
*
Sorry, I cannot help you there, since I never played both. I do think the T34 is slightly easier to kill than Lowe IMO but both are otherwise pretty similar. ie: they play like their tree's typical heavies. (For Lowe, stand back and snipe. For T34, play it like American Heavies, hull down always, and try to get a jump on other heavies.)

When reach Teir 6 I feel so pain to pay all the maintenance. The cost can sometime cost more even is victory XD. Then I choose play back low teir or as long as the tank HP not more than 500. But of course I wont stuck below, I need TIGERS hehehe.

One of my most fun tank is StuG III. I use for sniping even 10.5mm low accuracy cannot hit much but can 1 hit kill LOL XD

My SU-8/SU-14, M18, T34-85/T-43 and KV-3 never makes a loss unless I do something stupid. smile.gif All are Tier VI and VII too.

My T28Prot on the other hand... sweat.gif

QUOTE(calcilis @ Sep 9 2012, 10:21 AM)
i have a similar situation as yours but not as bad as yours
the map is karelia , mode is assault, and i'm on the attack team
me in a KV-220 together with 2 tier 6 heavies( T-150 and M6 ), move to the north east edge of the map trying to flank the enemy
once we reach that part a KV-1s shot the M6 with its 122mm gun , we back off a bit and i think that kv saw there are 3 of us and he also back off , and do noe what my team does?
the M6 decide to camp!! and that T-150 is trying to kill a small fry instead of chasing the KV , i'll be darn , i scold them for why using a heavy tank if they are scare to advance
well i'm the only one who advance although the M6 follow only after i advance forward , meet the KV and i use my HE round to shoot its gun , it seems to dmg its gun cuz he onli shot me once
while i keep shooting at its lower glacis until i destroy it, well for the M6 it was blown up by an arty
*
Happens all the time.

SEA, where heavies snipe and TDs lead the charge. tongue.gif

QUOTE(dezz @ Sep 11 2012, 10:22 AM)
^ this, is true. 1st team to cap tend to lose too somehow..^^;
*
It's actually very simple. By capping first, you're actually broadcasting your location to the enemy. Flag cap means you're in the cap area, and all they need to do is to sight (scout) the small circle, and spot you. Then they can take their time to snipe you to death. (Plus, most flag caps are usually open areas with no bushes/obstacles to hide. Notable exception is the El Halluf Encounter, where there's a lot of rocks to hide behind.)

The best way to cap that I found would be to have only one-two tanks in the cap area, while the rest cover the flag from the outside. (Hide in the bush, hills, what have you.)

with a bad 0.40+ accuraccy rating?

Find ways to work around it. Go for city/close range brawls. nod.gif Why let the German/American tanks snipe you with their superior accuracy?

Now KV-2 with accuracy of 0.6, that's inaccurate. tongue.gif

well the 152 BL-10 has better accuracy and a DMG & PEN that is a bit OP for its tier
and for all those stuff the ISU-152 is quiet fast
*
I'm disgusted at how the ISU-152 can relocate faster than my T28 Prot. sweat.gif

u guys are lucky enough getting close to Tier 10 tanks
i'm still trying to grind exp for my SU-152 rclxub.gif  but its going smoother than i though thumbup.gif
the extra power in my 122 mm gun musta gave me more exp even when i lose
*
Remember, damage = exp (and credits).

So, last hits doesn't matter (much) here.

1st match using my SU-152 is a win
although i'm using its stock gun
Map: Siegfrieg line
Kills:
ARL 4- already hp at 500+ so i shot its side
T-34 - Full hp, 1 shot kill
T-29 - 2 shot at its hull to kill it
M6 - already half HP so i shot its back

btw i did not snipe at this map , i went into the town and all my kills is in the town
like i can snipe at long range using the 0.5 rating gun  shakehead.gif  shakehead.gif

really?
from the wiki it says the Tiger P have more armour on its side and  turret aswell
*
Some fail SU-152 try to snipe anyway. You can imagine how lulzy it went.

it seems the new patch will remove PzIV second turret and top gun
sucks to be the owner of that tank
*
Maybe Pz IV won't be as OP as it once was. I shed no tears.

(Compared to the T-34, Pz IV as it is can really punch above its weight.)

i used the T-34, yes the Pz IV gun can be very powerful
but T-34 can easily flank it and use the 57mm gun to deal good dmg
and there is several times my armour bounce round from that top gun
*
What made the PzIV stand out was that it could snipe at any enemy at any range with impunity. You don't need to flank at all.

Unlike T-34, M4 and ELC (lol).

thats why i told you before that SPG require the highest skill to master in order to kill the enemy...

Especially French SPG since they have more steep angle of attack.
*
lolwut.

SPG is easy once you got the basics down. Try killing things with SU-8; its projectile has one of the longest flight time.

well i give up on spg , not so fun shooting like that
right now gathering credits so i can buy the T-34-85
already researched that tank long time ago but did not buy it cuz focusing on TD

i heard that the T-43  is not really a good tank hmm.gif
*
As it is, T-43 is an underrated tank. It's quite agile, and the gun does a mean DPS if you can keep your sights on a target. That said, it has pretty poor penetration and don't hope for your armour to bounce anything above Tier VI.

which one is better?
lowe , T34 , or super pershing
or shud i wait for rare event that sell the cool Type 59
cuz i'm not very desperate in need of credits
*
I'd say Lowe. It has a better all-around gun and we all know that damage = credits anyway.

SuperPershing is fun to play, but requires a specific playstyle and the gun is way subpar for its tier. (Same gun with T25/2 = lols)

For me among these 3 tanks

Lowe have the accuracy so play it like a sniper tankĀ  but it's slow gonna have a hard time in town map

T34 have among best damage for tier 8, if you know how to hull down this tank is really hard tank to kill

Super Pershing have ridiculous front armor, most people dont know how to deal with this tank slowest for all medium tank
*
SuperPershing is slower than even some heavy tanks. tongue.gif

is6 is a best tier 8 tank?..
how about Lowe?..
*
Stop right there.

There is no "best" tier anything tank. It all boils down to your playstyle and tank. Know your tank's strength and weakness.

As for IS-6, just treat it like an IS-3. Go for the sides, the hull above the tracks are reliable targets, as well as the sides and back of the turret.
