These values are multiplied by 1+((maybe 0.5x)average crew camo skill), and by 1.25 for a net after 3 seconds of sitting still.
You are always spotted at less than 50m away.
Bad things happen to your camo when you fire the gun.

<0.1 basically no camo ability, camo skill/net are pure waste of time/money
0.1 bad

first value is when moving (speed don't matter) / second value is sitting still
