My humble suggestion for speed race
Handicap for regulars: minimum ground clearance increase to 5mm  Track set with "reasonable" lane change (up to David) Any comments? Why not? Use lah
handicap is when you can clear LC despite being 5mm off the ground. Beginners should have no problem? |

Hmmm I guess this time the rules will have to be crystal clear after voting so we can start practicing.
