why don't you make it more conducive for people to throw thrash by having a rubbish bin at the track area???

having 'don't litter' sign around the track wouldb't be of any use if people don't see a rubbish bin around for to throw thrash conveniently.

this typically like in public places around malaysia.... 'larang membuang sampai' sign everywhere tapi takde tong sampah utk orang buang sampah.
