new cover.... again....

Thunder shot 1st edition... produced since 1988... many respect....

Thanks to Team JRT provide this cover...

At 1st... as JRT request to paint bright color... anyhow... it cannot be... the cover after 20 years time, it has been oxidize hardly... the cover itself become a bit yellow...thus, next time when you ppl buy aged cover... may try color like yellow... red...those darker color..

in this case... i try to use silver to bring back the brightness for this cover... and green which can match with light yellow..hope JRT will like it...

come to the process...

-Masking....
since this is an important cover... i have to be extra careful...
-1st layer of color... transparent green...


-2nd masking...
masked the wind screen up... so we got nice spaceship green wind screen...
-2nd layer of color... silver... marble effect...again...this is to match with the cover... if we put other light cover... the yellow will show up...


-3rd masking...
another caution for spraying old cover...there are no protection film outside... if you pray dark color or wide area.. you have to cover it, to prevent the color split outside the cover...


-3rd color...black...


-4th color...white...based by silver...almost there...
