during last speed race (June 2010), i've use 11 pairs of energizer..


lucky i get good 2 packs of batteries..exp. on 2017..all 1.62v. hehehehe

9mm bearing, plus 520 in the middle to ensure smoothness..
i juz weighed this car..damn heavy lah..99g + cover. my tires n 2 HGs make it heavy...if can got 80-85g should be nice.
if too light, might lost some traction ..

nope..can't manage LC yet. i wanna build another car, but still lazy. huhu

yeah...i notice that there is some glue at the bearing holder in ur pic.
plus cover, sponge tires (to make total width 8mm for each rims) ...so ur car can get around 85g..nice.

which cleaner spray? ELKAY or TAMIYA one?
as that thing is CLEANER..so it used for cleaning..unless it was stated at the bottle as LUBRICANT.

ok like this, get a small container/bottle. put your rusty/dirty bearings in it. then spray some cleaner. close the container, then shake2.
u'll see some dirt comes away and cleaner become darker.

take out, let it dries on the tissue.

if your 13mm bearing still rough, maybe the nuts inside dh rosak. buy a new one. TQ

normally we just clean up the rollers+bearings n let it dust-free..so it can spin smoothly .bcoz tamiya RC cleaner and elkay is not oil based, so it is allowed at TU for rempit n during race. some type of cleaners are oil based, so it can caused track+other cars dirty n collectiing dust. dat kind of cleaners are BANNED.

yeah..i noticed your VS setup juz like mine in previous race. but u need to test at track 1st bcoz that aloy frp might hit the track when cornering, rather than your rollers.
maybe u can bring fwd that roller n use 2nd hole, not the 1st hole...

i agree wit that bro...VS got advantage at time attack...they r not 4 endurance like previous race, where MS can win.
