no cutting of chassis might come with a clause. only allowed cutting on certain part. as example excepted on gearbox area.

I don't think giving handicap to non-slot racer is a fair treatment. Do remember there are still have regular racers like tamiyaya and kecik the '3' for example do not have slot for the final yet. They are really good in speed track. The equal additional restrictions to existing rules to be applied for all racers is the only solution.
