good to know junichi not satisfied with the result... let's aim higher....
-smoother car can do better speed *motor *gear *wheel *weight *bearing *terminal -roller setting can achieve faster cornering *width/narrow *long/short *high/low *roller friction *amount of roller -proper braking can bring us back to timer... |

QUOTE(Beans @ Aug 18 2010, 08:20 PM) Hi szngszng, if the distance between the front and rear roller is shorter, is that better during cornering? it depend on layout, chassis(weight distribute)and tire setting... so you have to do testing on every car...previously we test MS for some setting, but the setting didn't work on VS.... Added on August 19, 2010, 12:24 ambtw, the list I listed above didn't need any reinforcement on chassis/gear mod..., and it can perform...which mean non-frp car... for MS pro, i think the chassis somehow over strength for the hyperdash-pro motor... we can still lighten the car...maybe my motor not fast enough .... from Alex Italian Stile:
Hello, good job but I would use the congratulations for Inclination transparent single bar, and then another frp latest addition to "whisker" under the one where you have the roller so as to increase the overall rigidity of the single bar. ![]() YO mieo, italian give some comment on your car. btw, below was my reply: Dear Sir, Thanks for you comment, your comment might bring us improvement. anyhow, there is something i need to explain to you at first. we are only allowed to use normal standard alkaline batteries to race(fairness reason), it's less power than rechargeable boosted batteries. in this case, the car actually run slower and less power than car which using rechargeable batteries like yours'. thus, any extra reinforcements and parts assembled will becoming a burden to the car. the frp you mention might bring extra 1.5g~2g, which might slower the car with 0.5 sec.. by the way, have you think about elasticity might bring efficiency for braking? anyhow, it's just my little 2 cents... welcome to join the discussion ... ref http://www.chunkeung.com/emperorracing/vie...&p=33713#p33713 Added on August 20, 2010, 3:42 pmalso sonic.... you car has been intro at italian forum,hahahaha....famous than champ mior.. http://irf.forumfree.it/?t=44930858&st=135 This post has been edited by szngszng: Aug 20 2010, 03:43 PM |

Furthermore i was more concern on the rigidity of the whole chassis than to increase the rigidity of the single bar. Thats why I choose super x. The weight diff is pointless if need to reinforce more compared to sx. The gear also no need to mod heavily compared to vs. Other than that, the wheel base is naturally larger. well it just my nion correct me if i'm wrong I think he mention about this: ![]() there are some small little chip serve as angle adjuster at this kit....they call it Inclination transparent |

well... setup to suit/attach the layout... that's what we play all the time....
i.e. we know rocket always faster than car... but you will never drive rocket to your office... because it's not suitable... but in high speed LC, it's effective and easy to setup...so, under the setup, try your best to minimize the weight and improve the strength via structure... |
