Hi CCS211 I bought a Q5 from your shop yesterday but it has some issues;
1) it leaks electricity, giving me electric shocks when I touch it.
2) it does not shut down, and after shut down it revert back to stock launcher (i installed Axis launcher)
3) it does not detect my 3TB external WD My Book after the first time (after shut down and reboot)

any ideas whether this is normal or can I exchange with another unit?
