Juz bought q5 fr your dig mall kiosk. All ok and good except :
1. Airplay not working, can see the logo at ipad but when connect to q5 will bounce back
2. Hicontrol and hishare app at phone but when both connect, mentioned no device detected.

How to overcome this? Upgrade fw or i missed some steps?

Great we can share our exp here.

1. Wifi part ok for me, but i will now also put it up. Maybe even faster.
2. Wireless mouse is laggy. I will put a wired one tonight to assess.
3. Hi share and hi control working now. Its laggy but at least working. Hi share is a slim down version of airplay. If u exp airplay before in apple tv. This only allow u to access pic, video and music. No ff and rewind function. To see nx pic, music or video, u hv to come out , select nx song and enter.
4. Airplay fr ipad still cannot. Can see the button, but when connect, will force close.
5. Ok, will dl task killer. Try dl kuwo music, nice. Kugou not working, force close.
6. None of the android music player apps downloaded can read ur song fr hard disk. And there is no music player built in default. Wonder how play songs fr your hard disk?

I think apps from android might not able detect usb hdd. Sdcard usually ok.
I used mx player no prob detecting usb hdd.
U can get more info fr reading this unit at china forum.

Abt hitv. Pps is smooth, no buffer needed. Xunlei super lag. For 2 hr movie, maybe buffer 30min before u play for 480p quality. Haha.

One more funny stuff, if u play a movie from hdd, subtitle is at top left corner. Shouldnt it be bottom centre?
