got the Mele M8 for the TS.

out of the box, its Android 4.1.1. firmware 1.1.(sumthing) i dun remember. there are issue with DTS. No audio. TS did tell me Mele have issue with DTS. I've seen in Mele discussion this can be solved with audio patch.

upgrade to Android 4.2.2 (firmware v3.1.1) from Mele forum. Upgrading is pretty straight forward if u follow the youtube instruction. Done with the firmware upgrade, apply the audio patch (the audio patch comes with the same zip file as the firmware download). the patch is a apk file. doubleclick will do.

wah lah.... DTS is working now.

Pretty cool this M8. You will definitely need to upgrade to firmware v3.1.1. you get DTS and solve some issue with the remote too.

Enjoy and thanks, TS. you could think about doing the FW upgrade for free. its not very difficult.

p.s. sorry i can't find any thread in Home Entertaiment to put this. juz wanna share my experience.

I am interested in Minix Neo UI. I am currenyly using Mele M8.

I have one problem with the M8. I have 3 hard disk installed in a HDD enclosure. From M8, i can only see one HDD. Can you let me know if the Neo UI works with HDD enclosure and able to view all HDD in the enclosure?
