My media player having problem to play MKV video with AVC1 Codec contain compressed headers. Is Philips HMP3000 able to support such video ?

Hi Boss, I bought Hi-media HD600A (no wifi) from you last year Dec, but no got problem, when I on the power, my TV show nothing.
 I'm staying in Penang, is there anyway for me to claim for the warranty without going to KL/PJ ? |
