Hi CCS221,

I COD the Q10II from your PJ Digital Mall, 6 weeks ago. Have return to see your guys twice to solve the problem of internal HDD (WD 180G). The player still can't identify the HDD.

I have tried a few Android software to discover the HDD, but fail. Is the player not functioning on the additional HDD?

Please advise.

for 180g hdd i think is few years before product de, maybe not compatible also possible de, u can bring ur player to our pj place test 1st, there have 1tb , 2tb internal hdd can try de

Hi CCS221,

Who should I speak to? The shop assistant (He called himself "HANDSOME") has tried very hard to solve the problem by formatting the HDD using the media player, twice. But when I go home to check, the HDD never show up at all. I guess he is not experience enough. Maybe, need to get his "Se Fu" to look into the problem.

The WD HDD is 2TB, I bought it together with the Q10-II. Is a brand new HDD.

Please advise, thank you. rclxub.gif
