i bought noontec a3 ii from you. but i have issue with the player right now. why the player cant show the main menu like before? when i turn on the player it only will show noontec after that the screen gone blank (black screen). it will just stuck there. even i switch off and switch on the unit back. the same thing will occur. what should i do now??????
