I think it would be better to state here what does the warranty cover to avoid disappointment. Good service when I bought the unit, but when it comes to warranty enquiries, so-so service. Hope you can improve.

The unit is Himedia Q5. I went to your shop and enquire about the LED display problem, was told that it's burned and it's not covered under warranty. So fine, I can understand if it's not covered tho a bit disappointed, and would just take it as it's not an very big issue even tho I can't claim the warranty.

It's just that they could be more friendly in the way of explaining, doesn't seem patient enough even though I was there for only 2-3minutes. Not sure if you were there when I went there.

Bro, please recommend best basic media player just for show room display. Nice interface for pics and vid.

Also what is the decent basic Andriod box? Just the above plus some some streaming vids channel.

Looking for a media player for my mother.

She is old she find it too difficult to navigate the media players.

Is there a media player which has this feature :-

Able to resume back to the last file played when it's powered on ?

For example, there is a folder consisting of all the movie dramas, file XXX_001.rmvb, XXX_002.rmvb .. XXX_800.rmvb. Then while playing file XXX_036.rmvb, pause it or turn the power off. Next time power on it will resume from the folder and the file XXX_036.rmvb exactly the last time the file and last played location ?
