Nice game.

Hard to find from retail.

Fortunately, mine cost around RM20 or so.

Got it as a gift from LowYat Forumer and got the expansion from youbeli when it was on sale, I think it's like RM10 or so.

Yea, most shops don't restock on these old games since the probability of someone looking for them is pretty low.

Guys, just FYI:
Paradox Sale ends on 27 July.
Platformer Week ends on 25 July.
Summer fun with Ubisoft ends on 31 July.
Both Heroes of Might & Magic 5 Gold & Silver Editions (50% discount) ends on 25 July.
Neverwinter Nights 2 Gold Bundle (50% discount) ends on 25 July.

Kinda slow in replying but yeah, as mentioned by Gormaz, you're recommended to download patches from GG directly. If you noticed certain patch is not available in GG (but released in game developer's website), you can alert GG about it & allow them some time to get it done. smile.gif

By the way, Tales of Monkey Island Complete Season Bundle going thru 60% discount & currently tagged at $13.98.

Hmmm, it's probably a good idea for me to buy some adventure games from Gamer's Gate.

Too many games on Steam, kinda hard to maneuver and back up sometimes.

Paradox Sale is on its last day today, do grab them fast if they're in your wishlist.

This week is Point-and-Click Week. Not a very attractive week, I've to say. The only game that I've good impression on is the Tales of Monkey Island Complete Season Bundle.

Gothic 3 Gold is totally worth getting.

Is this for a week or just daily sales?

Might get Gothic 3 Gold.
*
Should be for a week. Don't quote me on that though. whistling.gif Might as well get it while it's still available at such big discount. rclxms.gif

last time The Witcher got discount on Steam, tagged $6.78 but then it jacked up to $13 after two days. I'm pretty sure it was not a daily special.
*
I see. The more reason to grab it ASAP while you still can then. biggrin.gif Let's hope history doesn't repeat itself in GG.

To be honest, thats why i never bother with other DDs.

They have a lot of deals that is much better than Steam, but most if not all are region locked.

I remembered that Impulse had a very good deal with Mass Effect 1 and 2 combo pack. Then, D2D had a 29.99 USD offer for BFBC2 like 3 months ago. I remember those 2 very well because they were damn good deals, but i cant buy it.
*
Nahh, it's the same. Still remember the last Summer Sale when everyone is going rage for not being able to purchase GTA 4 due to Steam region-locking it? rolleyes.gif

To be honest too, I rarely see GG implementing region-lock & I've to admit that I'm kinda surprised that with this latest development. Time to tweet them to see if it was a directive from the publisher or dev. rclxub.gif

Anyway, whichever DD gives me a better price gets the deal. As easy as ABC. cool2.gif

GG has some less known game so I can understand they do not attract to lots of people (I also only interested in few games on GG too)
*
That's true but recently they've managed to get their hands on some of the popular games. A good sign that will last long, I hope. smile.gif
QUOTE(kianweic @ Aug 5 2010, 10:34 AM)
Same here, especially since my dedicated Steam HDD is running out of space.
*
You can always separate them into another partition. I believe prasys has listed out a brief list of steps to go about it. smile.gif

On another note, it has been confirmed that NWN 2 has been removed from the list of games for Summer Sale. According to GG:

Unfortunately we had to remove Neverwinter Nights from the sale (Publishers request, they're in a legal conflict about the rights) Sorry! sad.gif

I bought Mass Effect 2 just fine! Its only $15!

Dragon Age: Origins (also $15) and a bunch of games also on freaking sale. You guys need to CHECK IT OUT.
*
Why do you accuse me? cry.gif I tweeted GG about it & they admitted that the discount (not the games) was region locked.
/sarcasm

Ehh, seriously bro. Can you send me the link for ME2? I checked http://www.gamersgate.com/summersale but don't see ME2 inside. They added in Torchlight though. smile.gif

Well, I can confirm it, I just bought Mass Effect2 for 14,97usd too from them.

I just found it on the main link to their sales: Summer Sales at GG

For info I am located in China so usually it's same "region" as Msia but sometimes it is different, not sure for GG really.
*
I think both of you guys are in another region / on VPN / proxy. This is what I see:

Very strange asian country like China got the sales but another another like Msia...

Well, you could try to use a proxy (in office or something) maybe.

Sorry about the false alert then....  sweat.gif

Just clarified with GG via Twitter. Only the US region has the 50% discount. Seems like accessing GG from China will automatically route you to the US region. whistling.gif
