It is the CM6 problem, latest update definitely fixed/lessens the random reboot issue.
Wipe cache first just to make sure nothing goes wrong.
Ori charger?
CM6 does not include all the stock Google apps. U have to install it manually. DL link in first post

Thanks, it works now smile.gif

then now I tried applying app2sd from http://android.doshaska.net/app2sd (froyo_app2sd_modules.zip)

and it failed with (Status 4) installation aborted.

Did i miss out any step?

Edit:
Js found out that no need to install app2sd anymore as it's already built in with 2.2.1 release, thanks:) So far so good with this FW only the cam is abit cacat.

try looking for vignette, you can get the free version from google, i use it as replacement for CM6 camera, superb, and many things to play, you can even capture full 5mp resolution pic, touch focus etc...smile.gif

hi all, after applying CM6, followed and I formatted my memory card to fat32, but now it's not able to access the memory card..do i still need to setup ext2 partition first to solve this problem?

Update:
problem solved, i deleted and recreated the partition with easus partition manager, with fat32 and as PRIMARY partition, ext2 partition is not needed, now Milestone reads my sd card happy.gif

hi guys , since updating to CM6, I noticed some bugs below:

1-auto start app wont run after phone reboot, example i would like to start advanced task killer, it wont run after each reboot until I manually run it.
2-blank screen "freezing" for a while when running heavy apps. Example after playing angry birds for a while, and I quit the apps, the whole screen blank and freeze with no icon appearing until some 10-20sec later it appears back.
3-opera mini - when I switch to other apps and switch back to opera, all the loaded pages are gone.

Did anyone faced this? I am on CM6 release 22.12.2010 0.04-10.12.22

Thanks!

if you wanted Froyo. The best rom I've is used is the APAC released. Stable, fast and battery life is very good. Head over to xda-dev for the rom. is a nandroid backup though.. u need open recovery to apply it.
*
Can share the link on xda forum?
I m currently using CM6 from http://android.doshaska.net/cm6 (28.01.2011 0.07-11.01.28), which is better?

i would say the APAC is almost perfect Froyo.

but hey, the CM7 RC2 is stable enough for daily use if you want to try it.
*
Thanks, I am currently on this APAC release but i found that whenever i tried to install angry birds, the hp will restart itself, the angry birds season seems ok though, have you faced this problem?

Other than this, the rest seems quite speedy:)
