I currently have 4 GPS programs installed, Google Navigation (Brut), Papago X5, Sygic Mobile Maps & MotoNAV . After testing them, i think the best is Google Nav followed by Sygic

Another way to see paid apps is to use AppBrain and push to your phone.

Charcoal's step works if you are upgrading from 2.0 to CM6 . If you are upgrading from 2.1 to CM6, there's one missing step at the beginning. I too was stuck at the same place you were until googling further.
Here's the guide http://android.modaco.com/content/motorola...and-root-guide/ Basically, it's missing the first step, which is to downgrade your sbf BEFORE flashing the vulnerable recovery file using RSD Lite .
